Community Outreach and Volunteering
India and Arizona, 2016 to 2022
The longest-running line in this ledger. It started with state-level charity marathons alongside Rotary Club Karnataka in Bengaluru (2016 to 2017) and kept going for six years across two countries.
In Arizona, through ASU’s EPICS program, I worked on CRISPR therapeutic proposals for cystic fibrosis with the Biodesign Institute. In India, I ran financial-literacy and COVID-awareness campaigns with the Shrestha Bharat Foundation and the Adhikar Foundation. The COVID and respiratory-virus awareness work was recognized by the All India Institute of Public and Physical Health Sciences.
