The biggest line in the ledger so far. MealsBus is a full-stack food-delivery and vendor platform connecting more than 100 community kitchens and food trucks across California’s Central Valley.

As founding engineer I built the platform end to end: React Native on mobile, Next.js on web, PostgreSQL and tRPC underneath. The piece I am proudest of is the driver-routing optimization, which cut delivery commissions by around 60% for vendors who could least afford them.

We raised a $100K seed round, scaled to $1.2M in annual recurring revenue, and won ASU’s Venture Devils competition twice under the Skysong incubator.

Two years of it taught me what no classroom could: revenue is a design constraint, drivers do not read documentation, and a food truck owner’s trust is won in weeks and lost in one bad Friday night.
